The Prophetic Life
The Prophetic Life Book — Equipping Every Believer to See, Hear, and Speak the Heart of God
God is still speaking. The question is, are we listening?
In The Prophetic Life, Pastor Shane Blackledge invites readers into a deeper, Spirit-led walk with Jesus where hearing God's voice is not reserved for a few, but available to every believer.
This book is not about chasing spiritual experiences, titles, or platforms. It is about relationship. It is about obedience. It is about learning to recognize the voice of the Father and faithfully respond to Him in everyday life.
Rooted in Scripture and shaped by real-life ministry, The Prophetic Life teaches that prophecy is not merely prediction, but participation in God's heart and purposes. Readers will discover how God speaks through Scripture, the Holy Spirit, dreams, visions, impressions, and godly discernment, while remaining anchored in humility, love, and biblical truth.
Pastor Shane brings clarity to common confusion surrounding the prophetic, addressing topics such as:
- Hearing the voice of God with confidence
- Prophetic gifting versus prophetic obedience
- Seers and prophets as different expressions of the same Spirit
- Developing spiritual discernment through Scripture and discipline
- Avoiding pride, comparison, and spiritual performance
- Living a prophetic lifestyle marked by surrender and faithfulness
Written for new believers, seasoned Christians, and those hungry for more of God, this book offers biblical teaching, pastoral wisdom, and practical insight without hype or manipulation. It calls the Church back to intimacy with God and invites every reader to become a living witness of His presence in a broken world.
This is not just a book about prophecy. It is a call to live close to Jesus. It is an invitation to hear, obey, and reveal the heart of God.
